Last night I shot some photos using the studio lighting equipment I bought. I am still trying to perfect how to shoot great photos. Right now I a happy with the earing shots, but the necklaces is another thing. The lighting just doesn't do it justice. I really love natural light and I think it makes the jewelry look better. I'm debating on just shooting only earring shots and then taking pictures of my jewelry with natural light. Here are some photos of what I shot.

Mother's Day

This mothers day is a very special, and sad day for me and my family. My grandmother was diagnosed with a brain tumor recently. She had to have an emergency surgery and she has not been the same since. This may be the last time that we get to celebrate mother's day with her. Today I want to share with everyone how great and wonderful my nanita is. She was always full of life. Always enjoying every moment given to her and without her I would not be here today. Its strange how the roles have turned now. She was the one who took care of me when I was little. She helped form who I am today. And now it is my turn to take care of her now that she is weak. So here are some photos of her that show that lovely nanita we all love and will miss.

So I will be uploading these earrings today. I sell these at C Salon here in Chicago. These have sold rather quickly there, but now I will be offering these earrings to the masses. I have three colors, yellow agate, red agate, and black agate. So if you want them get them, because most of my jewelry is one of a kind. Once they are gone I can not replicate them unless I am able to search the ends of the earth for the same stones.
